Aerotek Production Associate in Fountain Inn, South Carolina

Now Hiring Production Associates!

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures daily attendance as scheduled

  • Operates, monitors and helps maintain robots and machinery on the line

  • Will be working to load and unload parts into a machine and can be working with multiple machines at a time

  • Lift/push/pull parts weighing at times anywhere from 10-35 lbs

  • Stand, walk, and move into and out of the work areas

  • Perform quality checks and verify quality (first, middle and last offs, PQI books, SPC etc.)

  • Assist quality and maintenance personnel with issues related to production

  • Identify and document problems, sets goals, tracks progress and works with teams to

implement solutions.

  • Report issues and concerns to the Team Leader or Supervisor

  • Be self directed and encourage continuous improvement through involvement and input

  • Clean and organize area, keep free of clutter and safety hazards - 6S

Pay: 14/hr

Shift: 1st shift: 6:30am-3pm or 2nd shift: 3:15pm-11:45pm Mon-Fri w/ the occasional Saturday
